What types of documents do you serve?

We serve all types of legal documents across Federal, State, and Local jurisdictions. Our experienced process servers routinely handle civil, criminal, and corporate documents, including Summons and Complaints, Subpoenas, Writs, Foreclosure Notices, Family Law Matters, and Eviction Papers. Whether your document originates from a local municipal court or a federal district, we ensure it is served in strict compliance with local rules of civil procedure.

In what format should I send the legal documents?

We accept documents securely via PDF upload through our client portal, or you can email them directly to our office. Please ensure files are clear and legible.

What if I don't have a current address for the recipient?

We offer professional skip tracing services to locate individuals who have moved or are actively evading service. Contact us to learn more about adding a skip trace to your file.

    How will I know when my documents are served?

    You will receive a prompt notification via email the moment service is successfully completed. Your formal Affidavit of Service will follow shortly after.

    If you utilize ServeManager, you can also track the progress of your serves in real time from start to finish. Our streamlined system allows you to enter data just once, saving you valuable time as updates and field notes automatically populate throughout the entire lifecycle of each serve.

    What information do you need to serve a document?

    To initiate service, we require the recipient’s full legal name, their last known address, and complete copies of the documents to be served.

    To maximize the success and speed of your serve, providing additional identifying details is highly recommended. Helpful information includes:

    • Physical Description: A recent photo, height, weight, tattoos, or unique features.
    • Vehicle Details: The make, model, color, and license plate/tag number.
    • Daily Routine: Known employment addresses, typical work hours, or common schedules.
    • Safety Alerts: Any known history of evasion, volatility, or security gates.

    Yes, we provide skip tracing services to locate individuals who are difficult to find, helping to ensure your documents are served.

    Is your service legally compliant?

    Absolutely. All our process serving activities are conducted in strict accordance with Louisiana state laws and regulations.

    What happens if a recipient is evading service?

    If a recipient is actively avoiding service, we offer Extended Wait Time and Stationary Service options. Our servers will position themselves at the designated location for a set timeframe, waiting for the individual to emerge so we can legally effectuate service. While we are process servers and do not perform private investigative work, we utilize highly effective, stationary tracking methods to ensure your documents are successfully delivered to evasive targets.
